Through our in-field experience and using core engineering principles, we are multi-faceted when it comes to the creation, replication or innovation of parts within the Performance and Motorsport Sector.
Our Service to You
We can assist in the creation of bespoke components for your vehicle, from the initial design process, to optimisation and simulation testing. We can offer additive manufacturing services for polymer part creation, or to assist with rapid prototyping to which we can finalise with providing your Design Model to your chosen manufacturer. We are happy to assist at any point in the journey and offer Free initial design consultations to fulfil our promise of Design In Motion.
Consultation
We always put our focus on you. We work with you on a one to one basis to make the component that perfectly suits your needs, which is why we offer comprehensive consulting services to get your idea into a tangible form.
Design
We will always start with your expectations, needs out of a part and the parameters to work within. the design can either start with an existing part to either replicate or optimise, or from scratch. it all begins on paper, then gets modelled in cad software.
REGULAR UPDATES
We aim to regularly check in, provide renders and accommodate timelines to ensure you know where your part is and that it meets expectations
Tests and Simulations
Tailored simulations and studies performed on your part, whether that be Stress and force exertion, or CFD air flow studies we are able to cater to your needs.
Prototyping and Manufacture
We currently are able to facilitate a prototyping or polymer part manufacturing service in a range of different colours and extruded plastics.
Further Manufacturing
While currently we are unable to assist in CNC manufacturing, we aim to assist wherever possible to provide the designs and plans to your chosen manufacturer
